Growise (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates growise24.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights over it. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California).

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: Your email address when you sign up or sign in via magic link, Google, or Apple.
• Brand profile data: Business name, description, tone, and audience information you enter voluntarily to personalise AI outputs.
• Usage data: Which tools you use, generation history, and credit balance — to operate the service and show you your output history.
• Payment data: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials — only order references and subscription status.
• Enquiry data: Name, email, and message content submitted via our start/enquiry forms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and anonymised analytics (page views, session duration) via standard web analytics tools.

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Growise platform and AI tools
• Personalise AI-generated content to your brand profile
• Process payments and manage your subscription or credit balance
• Send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, delivery notifications)
• Respond to enquiries and provide client support
• Improve our services through aggregated, anonymised analytics

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your brand profile data to train public AI models.

We use essential cookies required for authentication (Supabase session tokens) and basic analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We retain your account and brand profile data for as long as your account is active. Generation history is retained for 12 months. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing.
• Opt-out of sale (CCPA): We do not sell personal data. California residents may still contact us to confirm this.

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Razorpay — Payment processing
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Vercel — Website hosting and edge infrastructure
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI model providers that process your prompts to generate content

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. AI providers do not use your prompts to train their public models under our enterprise agreements.
