You fill a short intake form — takes about 5 minutes. Tell us your upcoming launches, any seasonal notes, and whether your tone needs adjusting. That's all we ever need. No calls, no meetings.
What if I don't like the first delivery?
Every pack includes at least one free revision. Tell us what to change and we'll turn it around within 48 hours. On the Pro tier, revisions are unlimited.
Do you need access to my social accounts?
No. We deliver everything as a Google Doc. You (or your team) copy-paste and publish. We never need passwords or admin access.
Can you write in a language other than English?
Yes — French, German, Spanish, and Dutch are available. Let us know at sign-up and we'll write every caption, description, and email in your preferred language.
What if my brand has multiple product categories?

Can I cancel?
