Shopify or custom?
Shopify for product brands (faster, cheaper to maintain, your team can update it). Custom (Next.js) for content-heavy sites, complex flows, or anything that needs unusual functionality. We help you pick during the kick-off — no upcharge for recommending the right platform.
Do I keep the design and code?
Yes — 100%. Shopify themes are yours; custom builds ship with the GitHub repo, deployment access, and documentation. No vendor lock-in. You can hire anyone to maintain it after launch.
What if I don't have brand assets?
If you don't have a logo, fonts, or a colour palette, we build a basic brand kit as part of Premium (or as a $400 add-on for Starter). We don't do full brand identity work — for that, we'll recommend a specialist.
Can you migrate from Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress?
Yes — included in both tiers. We move all products, blog posts (if any), customer accounts (Shopify only), and set up 301 redirects so your SEO doesn't take a hit.
What happens after launch?
Two weeks of post-launch support are included — bug fixes, small content updates, integrations adjustments. After that, monthly maintenance is available (or your team can run with it).
